Complete your intake forms to help our team determine the amount of Fuel your body needs and the appropriate serving sizes for each meal and snack. You will then receive a meal design to follow with educational guidelines for eating healthy for the rest of your life.

Meet Katie Di Lauro, RDN

Katie DiLauro, Director of Nutrition at Premier Fitness Camp, Registered Dietitian and Integrative Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner.

With over 20 years of experience empowering clients to find their healthiest selves. Katie has worked with MDs and ODs, in addition to working at multiple hospitals and wellness centers. She has now grounded her practice in functional and integrative nutrition, focusing on overall health with the greatest interest in digestive health, cardiometabolic health, and genetics as preventive health, in addition to uncovering food sensitivities.

Katie’s passion revolves around empowering people to understand their personal health and providing education to enable individuals to make decisions based on knowledge and understanding, rather than rules and restrictions.
