The FUEL program teaches you the PFC+V balanced plate. We are not calorie based, because calories are extremely dynamic. The way that our body burns or stores calories depends on the quality of the food, the balance of the meal, the individual’s body composition, and digestive system. Therefore we are focusing on individualized portion sizes of high quality foods for balanced meals and snacks. Each individual will receive a customized meal design based on a range of fuel needs to determine serving sizes.

If you have food restrictions or dislikes we will show you how to swap out foods in your meal plan. If you would like to create a custom meal plan with only the foods that you like, you have the option of scheduling a custom meal planning session with a health coach. An additional fee is applied.

All meal plans are gluten-free, dairy-optional, with little to no processed foods to align with an anti-inflmmatory diet.

Great news, this is not a diet! The PFC+V meal plan embraces balanced, high quality foods while practicing portion control. We do not believe in short term fixes or restrictive eating. We want to teach you a healthy way of eating for the rest of your life.

We encourage you to establish multiple ways of measuring your success - body measurements, energy levels, sleep quality, improved digestion, confidence, and/or lab values. The FUEL app allows you to track your sleep, bowel movements, waist measurements, and weight. Your health coach will be checking in on your progress that is tracked in your app to help provide targeted encouragement and suggestions.

Yes. You can communicate via email or text with the Trey, certified nutrition coach, or Katie, registered dietitian throughout the program for questions or support in regards to the nutrition education or meal plans. If you would like to schedule live phone calls with either Trey or Katie you can purchase packages of 30 or 60 minute sessions. Click here
